John Fendrick, President

John Fendrick, the President of Woodbourne Solutions, provides strategic oversight for all Woodbourne projects. He has more than twenty years of experience providing strategic architecture solutions to customers ranging from the Federal Government to the Fortune 500 to Internet Startups. His specialties include systems architecture and design, executive delivery systems, and content management systems. He received his B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering, 1986, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY. Mr. Fendrick is a trusted adviser to CIOs on enterprise architecture and application development trends and has in-depth knowledge of our customer’s business processes which enables him to provide sound guidance on business process changes and their system impact. In addition, he is a Director of the Montgomery County Farm Bureau, Director of the Maryland Cooperative Guernsey Breeders Association and Youth Chairman, Volunteer with the Montgomery County 4-H Dairy Program, member of the Damascus Soccer Advisory Board, as well as a licensed soccer coach.

Rich Luxenberg, Vice-President

Mr. Luxenberg has over 20 years of IT experience and is currently managing Application Development projects for NICHD. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. Mr. Luxenberg has an in-depth knowledge of the NIH grants process and was responsible for the NICHD Council Members Web site which allows their advisory board to get information about all the projects that they review prior to the periodic reviewing meetings, as well as to provide the basis for Council review for members who can not make it to the meetings in Bethesda. He has a strong technical background with years of experience leading and developing data driven web applications in ColdFusion and .Net.

Kent Lynch, CMS Architect

Mr. Lynch has over ten years designing and implementing web solutions with a special emphasis on content management systems (CMS). He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a Macromedia Certified Advanced ColdFusion MX Developer. Clients and their technical staff regularly benefit from his guidance and expertise. Mr. Lynch has extensive experience with both the CommonSpot and SharePoint CMS and has in-depth knowledge of customizing and extending both environments.
